I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich. The is dedicated to everyone who likes the idea of exercising with the music, dancing and learning a bit of ballet. Find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning as well as mind & body connection. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results. A great class for those that are just starting with ballet, or those who are conscious about using their body precisely and targeting correct muscle groups in order to achieve greater results. The class is structured as a unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivation. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. If you are looking to expand your social circle, make a new friend then this event is for you! Speed friending is a fun and fast paced ice breaker, allowing everyone to interact face to face with the goal on finding those people you can find a connection. How does it work? 1. We will break attendees up into groups of 1:1's and provide some ice-breakers get to know you questions. 2. The group will stay together for about 6-7 minutes and at the end of the round, one participant will move to a new station and start a new round, meeting new people. FAQs: Can I come alone? Yes. Most attending will be coming on their own. This is a great way to connect and make new friends! Is this age-specific? ### Decoden Workshop – Decorate with Charms and Color In the **Decoden Workshop**, you’ll explore a playful and creative decorating technique that turns everyday objects into unique, colorful accessories. Decoden is a popular craft style that uses creamy decorative glue, bright colors, and cute charms to create fun, eye-catching designs. This workshop is perfect for anyone who loves creativity, decoration, and hands-on crafting. During the workshop, you can decorate a variety of items such as **picture frames, mirrors, pencil cases, or small accessories**. You choose the object, the color of the decoden cream, and your favorite charms to match your personal style. Whether you prefer a cute, bold, or minimal look, every piece becomes a one-of-a-kind creation. The workshop is **beginner-friendly** and no prior experience is required. You will be guided step by step through the entire process, from applying the decoden cream to placing the charms securely. Tips and tricks will be shared to help you create a balanced and beautiful design. Individual support is available throughout the session, so you can work at your own pace. Each item takes approximately **15–30 minutes** to complete, depending on the level of detail. The **price starts at 25 CHF per item**, which includes one color of decoden cream and **20 charms**. All materials are provided, so you can simply show up and start creating. Please note that the decoden glue needs time to dry. It becomes stable after about **2 hours** and fully cures overnight. **Charcoal is MESSY and FUN** Draw with your fingers in this workshop! I teach you the drawing basics, material, technique and how to draw what we find around with charcoal. You will learn how to measure distances, proportions and shadows. **Experience?** I offer intimate groups so I can help everybody according to their level. Are you a beginner? Then you will learn more! **What is included?** Charcoal (different kinds), paper wipes, brushes, support board and kneadable art eraser. **FREE entrance** to the Archeological Museum of Zurich University. This is an inspiring place with handmade objects such as vases, plates and figures from Egypt, Greek and Roman times which are up to 5000 years old. **Is it your second time?** If you came before to this charcoal class I will help you to continue growing personally.
