Walking The Shadow Road: Spiritual Shadow Work
*“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” - Carl Jung*
Authentic personal development, the kind that leads to lasting change and deep transformation, requires us to integrate the parts of ourselves we've repressed or ignored—the "shadow" aspects. Only by facing and embracing these shadow parts can we begin to experience true inner freedom.
While we may not have control over what happened to us in the past, we do have the power to take responsibility for our healing and work toward becoming whole, fully integrated beings.
Confronting the truth about ourselves can be daunting and uncomfortable, but every shadow we bring into the light holds a powerful lesson and a healing gift.
This is a lifelong journey, one that cannot be completed by simply ticking off boxes. It’s not about banishing our shadows, but about illuminating them so they can teach us and ultimately set us free.
This class is for folks of all levels of experience, no matter where you are on your path down The Shadow Road.
