In this workshop, we will explore methods such as **coil building, slab construction, pinch techniques, and hand molding**, combining technical knowledge with personal expression and direct contact with clay. Throughout the process, participants will create **functional and symbolic pieces**—such as bowls, vessels, and plates—incorporating pre-Columbian motifs and working with **slip finishes**, with special attention to form, surface, and the visual language of ancestral cultures. We will work with **low-fire clay**, learning about the fundamental materials and components of ceramics, as well as traditional finishing techniques such as **burnishing and slips**. The process invites an understanding of each piece from its form to its surface, valuing the time of making, the relationship with the material, and artisanal work. En esta **segunda edición**, el taller vuelve a abrir un tiempo y un lugar para intervenir imágenes personales como forma de narrarnos, reconocernos y reconstruir nuestras historias desde el cuerpo, la memoria y la experiencia vivida. A lo largo de la vida atravesamos momentos de cambio, desplazamiento, quiebre o transformación que nos invitan a detenernos y mirarnos con más atención. Este taller se propone como una **pausa consciente**, un espacio para observar quiénes somos, de dónde venimos y cómo habitamos nuestra propia imagen, en diálogo con otras personas y desde la escucha mutua. Desde una mirada feminista, sensible y colaborativa, el taller invita a bordar sobre fotografías propias como gesto simbólico y expresivo: señalar, reparar, acompañar y resignificar la imagen.
