There's a time to sow and a time to reap. Seasons govern growth. The same principle applies to inner work, yet we rarely discuss the underlying dynamics that determine what serves when. This evening introduces a meta-framework for understanding three fundamental dimensions of human development: cognition, meditation, and psychology. Our life requires understanding all three dimensions working together. It's the refusal to collapse people and circumstances into categories, while maintaining appropriate discernment. The evening combines conceptual philosophy, meditation practice, and collective inquiry. We'll explore how different practices serve different life situations, when to prioritize what, and how to recognize which dimension currently needs attention. *Sangha*—community practice—functions as collective intelligence, de-polarizing individual blind spots through shared investigation. Traditionally the master will transfer his/her kundalini energy to the student to activate his important chakras (energy centre) including Third Eye and Crown Chakra. The student can start to feel his/her Kundalini Energy is rising from their base of the spine and feeling the energy vibration(Consciousness) in the third eye (the space between the eyebrows) from the Kundalini Activation. This session is helpful for the beginners who want to learn simple yoga-meditation exercises also. This is a general session to experience your inner kundalini energy.
