This is a weekly training session with Vienna Gaels, a Vienna-based Irish GAA club playing Gaelic football and hurling. The session is relaxed, structured, and welcoming, with coaching provided throughout. Agenda • Arrive from 5:45 and meet the group • Warm-up as a full group • One hour of Gaelic football training and one hour of hurling training • The order alternates each week • Wrap-up shortly before 8:00 pm Who it’s for • All levels are welcome • New players are encouraged • No previous experience of Gaelic sports is needed • Men’s and ladies teams train on the same night What to bring • Sportswear suitable for outdoor training • Football boots or trainers (astro or moulded studs work best) • Water No equipment is required to try your first session. Am besten einfach mal vorbeikommen, ich erkläre und helfe gern bei allen Fragen, im und vor dem Training :) Auch von Vorteil, wenn ihr mich vor dem Vorbeikommen kontaktiert, dann würde ich euch z.B. vor der Halle abholen.

This popular and accomplished Toastmasters club (#4787) is open to everyone, with an average of 25 people per meeting, mainly business professionals from the Reston/Herndon area. Fun games and activities designed to help you practice speaking Spanish and mingle in a low-pressure environment! Spanish learners of all levels and native Spanish speakers are welcome. **FAQ** **Who is this for?** From Beginners to native Spanish speakers, all are welcome! **I am very Beginner. Should I still come?** Yes! The activities are designed so that people of all levels can follow along. If it ends up being too challenging or if you don’t understand something, then pat yourself on the back, because that means you are learning! The hardest part is showing up. If you are feeling a bit scared, I challenge you to step outside your comfort zone and show up for yourself tonight! :) **What will we do?** We typically do one activity that encourages you to use Spanish to mingle with others, and a second activity that is a table or board game. We keep things light, fun and silly! **Do I have to drink?** Nope! The focus of this event is speaking Spanish. A bar is present if you would like to partake. **Is this event free?** Yes! However, you are encouraged to purchase food or beverage from Haydee’s, as they allow us to use their space free of charge. **Can I stay after 7:30pm?** This is a great idea! Feel free to stick around and grab some food or drinks. Haydee’s has karaoke, and it is quite special to see all of the best singers in the neighborhood belt out their favorite tunes in Spanish.
