La muraqaba est une méditation soufie silencieuse qui aide à purifier le cœur, à apaiser l’ego et à développer une perception plus subtile de la Réalité. C’est une pratique douce et accessible à tous, sans besoin d’expérience préalable. **COMMENT PRATIQUER** La méthode est simple : • S’asseoir confortablement, • Fermer les yeux, • Formuler intérieurement l’intention de la muraqaba, tout en tournant son attention vers son cœur, • Rester ainsi en silence pendant 40 minutes, en restant tourné vers son intériorité. **COMMENT COMMENCER** Nous dispensons des séances d'introduction à notre méthode de méditation en présentiel et sur zoom. Qu’il s’agisse de dictatures, de régimes autoritaires ou de démocraties contemporaines, les mots continuent de déranger, de questionner et parfois d’être interdits. Après réflexion, nos choix se sont arrêtés sur deux romans majeurs, tous deux régulièrement contestés ou interdits aux États-Unis aujourd’hui : * **Beloved – Toni Morrison** Un roman bouleversant sur l’esclavage, la mémoire et les traumatismes transmis de génération en génération. Sa force et sa frontalité lui valent encore d’être retiré de certaines bibliothèques et programmes scolaires. * **Ne tirez pas sur l’oiseau moqueur – Harper Lee** Un classique de la littérature américaine qui interroge le racisme, l’injustice et la morale collective. Malgré son statut emblématique, il fait lui aussi l’objet de censures actuelles. 📚 **Lecture optionnelle** Pour celles et ceux que le sujet intéresse plus largement, vous pouvez également découvrir ***La librairie des livres interdits***, le nouveau roman de **Marc Lévy**, qui retrace très bien ce qui se passe aujourd’hui autour de la censure. Ces lectures nous permettent également de découvrir plusieurs époques et différentes formes littéraires : roman classique, roman contemporain, histoires inspirées de faits divers passés. For enrichment, we start by reading and reflecting on a **“published poem”**, suggested by someone in the group. No advance preparation is necessary.
