Well, only 11 more months until Christmas! - OK, I'm getting ahead of myself now, but already the year is moving forward, and I don't know about you guys, but time seems to have sped up in recent years, and before you know, the next Event is with us. Well, this week, The Event is a run to **The Hill in Ranelagh**, another old favourite over the years, so why not come along and enjoy the craic after a wee run. For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week. About us: The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of a Buddhist organisation based in Taiwan, which is centred on one of the greatest living Rinpoches (teachers) in the world at the moment. West Potomac RFC is once again coming together to support the Special Olympics Virginia athletes in making their Olympic dreams come true. We'll use my (Woj's) house as a staging ground for changing, bag storage, and general pre-gaming. Then, we'll walk down the street to take the plunge, toss a ball around, and hand out business cards to any potential new recruits.
