**Meet Warren Cross, Jr., University of Richmond Alumnus** Warren founded Cross Services Group, Inc. in 1989. He serves as the President & CEO of the company. A classic serial entrepreneur, Warren loves the challenge of starting or acquiring businesses that have complimentary features and then leveraging his extensive customer data base to promote his services. Warren owns businesses in the following areas: Car Cleaning, Residential House Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning, Landscaping, Irrigation, Commercial Cleaning and Carpentry/Painting. In 2007, Warren developed Cross Courts Squash and Fitness Center. Cross Courts now boasts one of the most active Junior Programs in the country with over 175 juniors. Cross Courts also has a very active adult program. A game development **Working Session** involves 3 key parts: 1. Tell people what you're going to do 2. Actually do stuff 3. Show people what you did **What to bring**: Laptop, Charger, maybe a power strip if you have one handy, any other game development tools you need. Try to download any software you need before the working session. There is Wifi at this location, but it may be slow if you have to download any large files.

We will be playing two games of **Gaia Project** with up to 8 players. All experience levels welcome. Expect the game teach to start promptly within the first 10 minutes. In **Gaia Project** fourteen different factions live on seven different kinds of planets, each faction being bound to their own home planets. To develop and grow, they must terraform neighboring planets into their home environments in competition with the other groups. All factions can improve their skills in six different areas of development: Terraforming, Navigation, Artificial Intelligence, Gaiaforming, Economy, Research; leading to advanced technology and special bonuses. Similar to our "Beginner Ride", a casual, on-road-avoiding, cycle-path-winding, beginner friendly, group ride. The ride will be led by Maya and Angie, who have a combined 50 years of cycling experience. This is a no drop ride with an average speed of 7- 12 mph. Please bring a helmet, lights, a snack, hydration and wear appropriate clothing for cooler weather (cotton is not your friend in cooler temps and we will be riding in the dark). The ride can be tailored to the skills that attendees want to master, i.e- drinking from water bottle while riding, making tight turns, riding in a small group and cycling etiquette. We will be riding mainly on trails, streets as minimally as possible, and sidewalks only when necessary. This ride is perfect for someone who hasn't ridden in a while and wants to get some easy miles on the saddle; not just for newbies. If you have not ridden your bike in several weeks, months or years, please have a safety check done before the day of the ride. We are just here to have fun.
