**Invitation** **We are the instruments.** A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way. Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. This workshop is strictly for serious and dedicated Acting professionals. **THE WORKSHOP** is open to monologue work, original scene work with a partner or two, and other material (an audition or booked job for a film, play or series) It's an invaluable experience for an Actor to create in a safe environment. It enables actors to enhance their creativity, concentration and commitment in a supportive environment. I encourage those interested in developing their craft to join us and experience that growth. The workshop is flexible and drop ins are encouraged, meaning if you are preparing for a role and wish to work on it for a few workshops and then come another time that's fine. It is the same format as the Actors Studio of New York. **ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:** Tomislav is a versatile storyteller with a rich backgound in writing, directing and teaching. Both memoir and journalistic investigation, this book explores how the Kingsolver family took on a new challenge: to spend a year on a locally -produced diet, paying close attention to the provenance of all they consume. Concerned about the environmental, social, and physical costs of American food culture, they hoped to recover what Kingsolver considers our nation’’s lost appreciation for farms and the natural processes of food production. Join us for a volunteer day helping the animals at Rosie's Farm Sanctuary in Potomac, MD. Before attending this event, you must sign a liability waiver. Wear boots and clothing you don’t mind getting dirty. Feel free to bring a filled water bottle. On sunny days a brimmed hat and sunglasses may be helpful. Sunscreen is also suggested. Please do not bring any food or yummy-smelling items on your body or in your bag as our animals love to eat and are on special diets. Out of respect for the animals, we do not allow any food with animal products to be consumed at Rosie’s Farm Sanctuary.
