The monthly meetings are held much like a mini-conference with 4-8 speakers and only a few basic but strict rules. Afterwards, some members will often head to *Not Your Average Joes* or another local restaurant for a quick drink/meal before tackling the day. This event is open to all ages and fitness levels.
