Join me for a relaxing 3.5 mile Valentines Walk this year that offers beautiful views, interesting sights and some nice art. We will start at Canary Wharf jubilee line station. From there we will walk to the pier and into Wapping. We will be walking on the Thames path as much as possible. That will lead us to the Tower and we will finish the walk at the [BrewDog](https://drink.brewdog.com/uk/brewdog-tower-hill-outpost) tower hill for a drink. This will be a slow stroll along the Thames to allow us to take in the beautiful views on the way. If the tide is low, we will take the opportunity to get onto the river bank as well. Please keep that in mind when choosing your foot wear. 😊 There will be a few stops along the way at significant points. We will finish the walk at the Brewdog where I have booked a table for 15 at 4.30pm. The meeting point is Canary Wharf Jubilee line station. There are several entrances, I will be at the one by Eden Dock. If you are arriving by Jubilee line, exit towards DLRs. The event is free but the usual £1.50 group maintenance fee applies. Please note that Meetup now charges an additional 0.60 per event. None of these are refundable. Please only RSVP if you are intending to attend. The terrain will involve moderate inclines and may have some steeper sections. This trail is between 5-6 miles. **CAN BEGINNERS ATTEND THIS HIKE:** Yes, we welcome beginners to attend this hike but please note, there will be some challenging sections throughout the hike but nothing to strenuous. **WHAT IS THE PACE OF THE GROUP:** The group will start off at the same time and during the hike three distinct pace groups will form. We will have hike leaders mixed within the group and we will stop periodically for water and rest. **WHAT TYPE OF HIKE IS THIS:** This is a loop trail hike and will start and end at the same location **WHAT SHOULD I WEAR:** A good rule of thumb is to dress comfortably and in layers. Dressing in layers will allow you to stay warm when your cold and as you warm up, you can take off layers and not over heat.
