Fortlaufend werden auf WordPress-Websites von Bots automatische „Brute Force Attacken” ausgeübt. Mit einer Serie ziemlich fieser Bot-Attacken wird die WP-Website nachhaltig auf Schwachstellen abgeklopft. Ziel ist das System zu übernehmen, andere Inhalte auf der Website zu platzieren oder sogar Schadsoftware zu installieren. In diesem Talk tauchen wir in die Welt der digitalen Sicherheit ein und schauen uns an, welche Strategien wirklich helfen können, WordPress-Websites widerstandsfähiger zu machen — und welche beliebten „Tricks” in Wahrheit kaum Schutz bieten.
