Ma spesso il sito è solo una piccola parte dell’ecosistema digitale di una PMI. Vendite, preventivi, fatturazione, assistenza clienti e follow-up vivono altrove, in modo frammentato e poco efficiente. Questo talk parte da una domanda concreta: come possiamo estendere il nostro ruolo da “chi fa il sito” a consulenti del sistema digitale dell’azienda, aumentando il valore percepito e la sostenibilità economica del nostro lavoro?
