Ellsworth Park is located next to the Friends of the Library Bookstore (old Silver Spring Library). This PGCC Hand Dance class is taught by the "7" Step Hand Dance Academy. The "7" Step Hand Dance Academy is a non-profit organization, dedicated to teaching, preserving, and promoting the African American art form of D.C. Hand Dancing.
