Then everyone will take their time and read the piece(s) on their own. We allocate **about 60-90 minutes quiet reading time**. Readers will take notes on what they wish to give feedback to. The crucial part is that everyone needs to be respectful of each other's craft and give **polite, constructive feedback**!
