We typically start with mindful movement and a guided meditation, followed by some group discussion and a talk about meditation and how it can help us life more kind, peaceful and happy lives. In-person events are offered as fragrance-free as possible, so please do not bring or use any products with “parfum” or “fragrance” in the ingredients. The meeting space is **wheelchair accessible**.
