Zen w Hackierspejsie
Zapraszamy na trzy dwudziestopięciominutowe rundy medytacji, w trakcie których będzie okazja doświadczyć swojej pełnej obecności w tym-co-jest z-chwili-na-chwilę.
Rundy rozpoczynamy o 18:30, 19:00 i 19:30 - można dołączyć do dowolnej z nich lub odłączyć się w trakcie przerw pomiędzy nimi. Prosimy o przyjście chwilę przed rozpoczęciem rundy, ponieważ startujemy punktualnie.
Medytacje odbywają się w każdy czwartek na ul. Zielonej 30 w Łodzi w lokalu HSŁ w głębi bramy. Przy bramie prosimy dzwonić pod numer: 42 203 20 50.
Spotkania są otwarte i wszyscy są mile widzani. Jeżeli chcesz zobaczyć, czy medytacja to coś dla Ciebie, temat jakoś z Tobą rezonuje, a może już praktykujesz, przychodź!
