Hi everyone! This weekend we’re heading inland for a proper classic: **Arrabassada + Creu d’Aragall + Molins**. A ride that mixes steady group work, rolling terrain, and three solid climbs to test the legs. We’ll meet at **Plaça Lesseps**, and almost straight away tackle our local benchmark: **Arrabassada**. Ride it at your own pace, but don’t empty the tank too early, there’s a lot more coming. We regroup at the top before rolling through Sant Cugat. From there we hit some open roads where we’ll settle into a steady rhythm. No drops here, smooth rotations and controlled pace as we move toward Martorell. Quick water refill stop if needed. After that, things get more interesting. We push across the rolling hills and then take on the main climb of the day: **Creu d’Aragall from Cervelló**. Again, everyone climbs at their own pace. We regroup at the top for a short coffee stop before descending through Corbera toward the Llobregat and Molins. From Molins you have two options: roll back to Barcelona on a mostly flat return, or add a final effort with the long Molins climb to finish the day properly. Depending on group size and level, we may split into a faster and a steadier group. Bring good legs and good vibes. ## Taller de Fotografía teórico práctico. **CELEBRAMOS LOS 100 AÑOS DEL METRO DE BCN CON UNA RUTA ESPECIAL** Barcelona, como todas las grandes ciudades europeas, tiene **una red de transporte público** muy densa. Con el paso de los años, se ha ido modernizando, pero todavía quedan muchos restos y elementos que nos recuerdan cómo nos movíamos hace un tiempo por la ciudad. Os proponemos una ruta en la que veremos, recorreremos y hablaremos del **patrimonio histórico que queda en Barcelona**, ligado a los distintos medios de transporte que hemos tenido: estaciones de metro antiguas (algunas abandonadas), líneas de tranvía, estaciones de tren históricas, entradas de metro bien conservadas...etc. No hace falta ser un especialista de los transportes para disfrutar de esta amena ruta, en la que paseando por la ciudad, y bajando a alguna estación, o viendo elementos arquitectónicos que a veces pasan desapercibidos, haremos **un recorrido por la historia del transporte de Barcelona.** También hablaremos de historias misteriosas relacionadas con lugares abandonados del metro. Y como siempre, nuestas rutas son realizadas por **un guía profesional licenciado en historia por la UB,** y en este caso, **aficionado al mundo del ferrocarril y del transporte.** Éste es nuestro **PLAN:** 1. Encuentro en Plaça Catalunya. Presentaciones e iniciamos ruta hacia los FGC y la Avinguda de la Llum. 2. Seguimos hasta Passeig de Gràcia, Urquinaona... Via Laietana etc... 3. This is an enjoyable hike with the Lake, lots of graceful full growth trees and the fun of winding through multiple trails in this relatively compact Park. The Hike route is about 7 miles with 460 feet of elevation. The Hike route is a loop consisting primarily of dirt trails. We will start at the Bike Lane Brewing &Café, at 11150 Sunset Hills, Reston VA 20190. The Bike Shop and Brewery is adjacent to Lake Fairfax Park and for those interested, we can enjoy a beer after the hike. You must be experienced with hikes of this length and elevation gain.
