We'll gently dive into the simple yet powerful question "How are you doing?" through mindful movement, experimental drawing, and a bit of journaling. Expect a mix of introspection, play, and creative energy.

„Über Gott und die Welt“ ist ein lebendiger Abend, an dem wir Glauben auf eine offene, kreative und erfahrbare Weise entdecken.
Der Abend beginnt mit einer **interaktiven Aktivität**, die ihr vor Ort erleben werdet. Wir laden dazu ein, uns anhand von Sprüchen und Weisheiten mit Sinnfragen auseinanderzusetzen und diese mit unserem heutigen Leben zu verbinden.
Zum Abschluss folgt eine **offene Austauschrunde**, in der Raum für Fragen, persönliche Gedanken und ehrliche Gespräche ist.

"About God and the World" is a vibrant evening where we explore faith in an open, creative, and experiential way.

It concludes with an **open discussion**, providing space for questions, personal reflections, and honest conversations.
This event is organized by a Christian women's group. You are warmly welcome, whether you are a believer, searching, or simply curious—as long as you remain open-minded.
Breathe Free - Consious Breathwork Session in Berlin
\#\#\# Was ist Breathwork?
Conscious Breathwork bedeutet bewusstes atmen. Und das ist es letztendlich auch, was wir etwa 70 Minuten lang machen werden. In einer Breathwork Session geht es vor allem darum, dass Du loslassen, Dich entspannen und mit Dir selbst und Deinem Unterbewusstsein verbinden kannst. Das geht am besten, in dem Du gar nichts erwartest und nicht so viel dadrüber nachdenkst. ✨

Nach einem kurzen Check-In beginnen wir mit der Session. Die Atmung kann im Liegen oder Sitzen statt finden, ganz nach Deiner Wahl. Du wirst durch ein bewegendes Musikset geführt, wodurch Du in eine Trance-Atemmeditation gelangst. Hier kannst Du unter anderem diese Erfahrungen machen:
Stress abbauen, herausfinden, was da noch in Dir steckt, Dein Potential entfalten, innere Anspannungen lösen oder unterdrückte Emotionen freilassen, in Dich hinein horchen und Lösungen finden, Kreative Ideen und Visionen erhalten oder einfach eine berührende Zeit haben.

Seit 2015 bin ich [Anusara® Elements™](https://www.anusarayoga.com/) Yogalehrerin. Es folgten viele Weiterbildungen in den Bereichen Chakren, Meditation, Yoga und Trauma. 2018 habe ich mich zudem auf die Heldenreise begeben. Seit 2023 bin ich Atemtherapeutin Conscious Breathwork nach der [Lichtatmung®](https://naou.de/lichtatmung/) und freue mich sehr, Dich bei Deiner Reise begleiten zu dürfen. Wir brechen auf zu einer achtsamen Gehmeditation im Grunewald und nehmen uns einen Moment Zeit für uns. Wir erkunden das Hier und Jetzt in der Natur, werden uns unserer Emotionen, unseres Körpers und unseres Denkens bewusst. Wir wenden uns nach innen und entdecken die Kraft des jetzigen Augenblicks. Wir üben, uns selbst genug zu sein und finden vielleicht unsere innere Kraft zurück, um mit mehr Wahlmöglichkeiten, Freiheit und Frieden in die Welt hinauszugehen!
Für die Teilnahme sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich. Es empfiehlt sich, vor dem Treffen etwas zu trinken und je nach Bedarf eine kleine Flasche Wasser mitzubringen. Bitte tragen Sie warme und angepasste Kleidung sowie festes Schuhwerk.

We go for a mindful walking meditation in Grunewald and take a moment for ourselves. We explore the here and now in nature, becoming aware of our emotions, our bodies and our thoughts. We turn inwards and discover the power of the present moment. We practice being enough for ourselves and perhaps find our inner strength to go out into the world with more choice, freedom and peace!
No previous experience is necessary. It is recommended that you bring something to drink before the meeting and a small bottle of water if needed. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear.
The intention is to walk in all weathers and the event will only be cancelled in extreme circumstances.
This is a fundraising event.
Waldbaden im Westlichen Düppeler Forst
Winterwonderland-Waldbaden in offenen Gruppen im Düppeler Forst - Treffpunkt Berlin-Wannsee.
In meinen 2,5 stündigen Waldbaden-Kursen tauchst du in die regenerative Kraft des Waldes ein – entschleunigend, achtsam und wissenschaftlich fundiert. Du erlebst die Natur bewusst und mit allen Sinnen, löst Spannungen, reduzierst Stress und findest ganz natürlich zurück zu innerer Ruhe.
Angeleitet wird der Kurs mit Übungen, Meditationen und kreativen Aufgaben, die helfen sich wieder auf sich selbst zu konzentrieren. Z.B.:
* Übungen zur Entspannung, Achtsamkeit, Atem
* Leichte Mobilisierungsübungen
* Genussvolle Momente
* Kreativübungen, z.B. Naturbild kreieren

HSP Meet Up: Finding Balance as a HSP
Do you relate to Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS)? Want to hang out with like-minded people? Not sure but want to find out more? Feel free to share your experiences or just come and listen.
**This meet up's theme will be**: HSP x **"Finding Balance as a HSP"**
As we start a New Year, I thought a good theme would be to reflect a little bit about the ups and downs of last year, and maybe finding ways for a more balanced year as a HSP.
\- If your RSVP is **"waitlisted" - ignore this and just turn up**!
\- Please note that the venue "The Castle" hosts other meetups\. Look for **exact location in the comments section** (so that you don't end up in a portrait drawing meet up!)
**Meet up has a semi-structured format:**

Join us for a relaxed winter coffee hour designed to help you gently ease into the new year—without pressure, resolutions, or overwhelm. This meetup is about slowing down, warming up, and connecting with other women who value wellness, rest, and intentional living.
We’ll enjoy coffee, tea, or a sweet treat while engaging in meaningful, organic conversation. Light reflection prompts will also be available and offered to guide discussion for additional fun and open conversation.
Come as you are—whether you’re feeling energized, reflective, or somewhere in between. This is a space for connection, not perfection.

Rosie's Farm Sanctuary Volunteer Day
Join us for a volunteer day helping the animals at Rosie's Farm Sanctuary in Potomac, MD.

The chores you will be doing are physical. You will be working on big projects that require many volunteers like removing old bedding, sanitizing stals and replacing with new bedding, along with the daily clean up chores. Wear boots and clothing you don’t mind getting dirty.
Feel free to bring a filled water bottle. On sunny days a brimmed hat and sunglasses may be helpful. Sunscreen is also suggested.
Please do not bring any food or yummy-smelling items on your body or in your bag as our animals love to eat and are on special diets.
Out of respect for the animals, we do not allow any food with animal products to be consumed at Rosie’s Farm Sanctuary. Please ensure that all edible items are plant-based (no dairy, no cheese, no cow’s milk ice cream, no meat, no fish, no eggs). Thank you for your cooperation and respect for this. It is very important to us.
There is a gift shop where you can browse and warm up during the event.

Our next book for Rockville Vegans Book Club is Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver.
This book is available for free in both audiobook and eBook on Hoopla.. You can log into Hoopla using your library card information.
Currently I have the Meetup location set to Pike Kitchen. This is a vegan friendly food hall in Rockville with a lot of indoor seating available. Purchasing a food/drink would be optional. This location may change as I continue to explore options that can hold our group indoors. And please feel free to message me with location suggestions.

We invite you to join Imagine Well Being at Banshee Reeks Nature Preserve in this spirit of reflection and care. We’ll begin indoors by assembling care kits for women in crisis, adding ribbon and a nature-inspired note of encouragement. Then we’ll gather around the fire to slow down and reconnect- sharing time in nature, listening inward, and building community.
