Pull up for a relaxed Friday night hangout at Rai’s Rendezvous. No pressure, no agenda — just good vibes, drinks, and conversation. Rai’s also has **live music on Fridays and Saturdays**, so expect a nice background vibe while you hang out and catch up. Come solo or bring a friend. Dulles Town Center Mall Hike: Meet at the entrance to the right of the Regal Movie Theater. A Test of Endurance Join us for a 6-mile trek through the treacherous terrain of Dulles Town Center mall. This hike is rated as physically easy, but don't be fooled - the mental challenges will push even the most seasoned hikers to their limits. Hazards Include: The intoxicating aroma of freshly baked Cinnabon, threatening to derail even the most disciplined of diets. Endless rows of high-end storefronts, beckoning you to indulge in some serious retail therapy. Balmy 70-degree temperatures, lulling you into a false sense of comfort. Blinding fluorescent lights, capable of disorienting even the most experienced navigator. Will You Emerge Victorious? Afterwards we'll head over to The Bungalow Lake house 46116 Lake Center Plaza, Sterling, VA 20165 for their delicious brunch cuisine.

Now that fall is here, these cozy Wine Therapy events are back. This is my kind of therapy session. In the comfort of my living room (or a volunteer), we will unwind and share our personal highlights and lowlights since we last saw you, and with the help of friends (and wine) we will "release" any negativity we may be holding onto as well. We will be here to listen and share advice if that is what's needed. Sometimes just having someone to listen is all we need to feel better. Be prepared to share! No couch surfers allowed. :-) My living room is a safe non-judgmental space. What is shared will not be discussed beyond my living room unless you decide to share. NOTE: My apartment is NOT good for those with cat allergies. I am conveniently located a mile from Huntington Metro Station off of Huntington Ave. with plenty free parking. To be invited into my home, I will have had to meet you at an event prior. Makes sense, right? I will message the group my address a few days before. Make sure your notifications are ON.

Run starts promptly at 9:45 am and follows a 1.5 mile loop around the lake. Do however many loops you like! Run at your own pace. After the run, we'll meet at the Brew House for a beer or coffee and BREAKFAST pretzels! Those cannot be anything but delicious. See you there.

Let's try this again! Join us as we gather on a January Sunday at one of our old favorites, Fleetwood Farm Winery. This time I am sure that they will be open... Let's get toasty in front of their roaring stone fireplace in the main tasting room. They have a good selection of red and white Virginia wines, many that have been produced exclusively for them. The grounds are designed to be an escape from the Northern Virginia hustle bustle without the long drive. Outside food is not permitted but they have a full menu of flatbreads, Charcuterie boards, wings, sliders, etc. We will not go hungry!
