Hey everyone. Chris here (the rider who nose-dived into a creek). I'm back in Raleigh. Just wanted to thank you all for your help! Hope the rest of the ride went well!

Chris, Hope to see you on the trails again soon! For a change of pace from Crabtree trails, try out the trails at RTP, Harris and Beaver Dam. These are trails are blast and are fantastic at building skills and endurance. Sanlee and New Light are more demanding and great at humbling riders and eating equipment.

Does anyone have a 29" tube I can borrow if I'm unable to get one in the morning before the ride. I tried to get one from Walmart tonight but all the Walmarts I went by were closed...doh!

Hey Debbie sorry haven't been on any rides the past few months. I broke my left hand in a skating accident and just got the cast off last week. A $5 wrist guard would have really have saved me. Still hurts. I did an easy 286 yesterday with ginger and I plan on doing natty green today. I'll need a few more weeks to get back up to speed.
