Ride Like a Girl @ Lake Crabtree County Park every Tuesday night at 6pm. Riders should meet at the very last parking lot on the right at 5:45 and be ready to ride at 6:00pm. We will divide up into beginner and intermediate groups.
The ride coordinator is Sarwat, ride leaders are Trina, Karen, Beth, and Laura. If you would like to be a ride leader or sweep on this ride-please message me (Sarwat)! You don't have to commit to every week, even once a month would be appreciated.
Meet location: Boat ramp (not rental) parking area. Enter the park and drive all the way to the back lot. Road will circle to the right and then turn left up hill to the parking area.
All women are invited to join these rides regardless of skill, speed or fitness. Ride will divide up into groups as necessary depending on who attends.
For this ride, beginner truly means beginner. If you have never been on singletrack, join the fun and ride in a no pressure, no drop group. Beginner riders should expect 1-4 mph rides that will last any where between .5-1.5 hours depending on the group. Distance will be 1-4 miles.
Intermediate and above riders should plan their rides according to the ride leader and group.
Trail description: Trails are easy to moderate. Smooth flowy trails with slight up hill and down hill grades. All features have ride-arounds. You MUST wear a helmet. We recommend bringing a water bottle/hydration pack and wearing bike gloves also.
