If the hurricane misses us....
This ride is for intermediate-advanced riders.
Meet at 9:45, plan to roll by 10am.
This trail is recommended for physically fit intermediate-advanced riders and includes some expert rock sections. Not recommended for true beginners. Most expert rock sections are optional loops and riders can skip them if desired. Total mileage without these sections is about 9 miles, and about 12 miles combined.
For this ride, we’ll meet and park in the upper MTB parking lot. Do not park at the lower level. Watch out for kids playing in the water/dam. Drive through the first parking lot and turn right crossing over the small dam and drive up to the upper gravel lot.
If the weather is questionable, look for updates here, or call Ranger Steve to check trail status [masked]
You MUST wear a helmet. We recommend bringing a water bottle/hydration pack and wearing bike gloves also. Please make sure your bike is in good working order.
