Join BICP certified mountain bike instructor, Heather Bailiff, for a beginner mountain bike skills clinic at Lake Crabtree Country Park. This clinic will focus on foundational skills to help you feel more confident on your bike. You'll learn the basics about body position, braking, and shifting. We will also go over tips for climbing, descending, and tackling small technical trail features.

The exact clinic program is adapted to the needs of attendees. We will generally use the following schedule:

11:00 - 11:45 Ride to practice our skills
