Jane Zhang, Executive Director at TechSoup Canada
As Executive Director of TechSoup Canada, Jane builds relationships between the voluntary, public, and private sectors to make technology more accessible for charity and nonprofits. She has extensive experience in the IT field as well as the nonprofit sector and has handled intricate data migrations including her most recent adventure of migrating and updating TechSoup Canada's platform in CiviCRM.
Chris Siewah, Accounts Manager at TechSoup Canada
Chris is responsible for helping nonprofits navigate the donations program and implement the best possible resources. With a proud background in customer service and fundraising, including direct response and peer-to-peer events, Chris is passionate about helping others to make the world a better place. Prior to TechSoup Canada, Chris was a fundraiser at a national charity and was part of a CRM migration from a direct mail database to Raiser's Edge.
Joyce Hsu, Communications Lead at TechSoup Canada
Joyce manages TechSoup Canada's marketing and communication initiatives including product campaigns, branding, learning resources and community partnerships. Having previously worked in the charitable sector as a fundraiser, program staff and event planner, Joyce has been a "super user" at a local and national charity through their data migrations, including an Access database adoption and a Raiser's Edge migration.
