Apache Druid is a massively-parallelised real-time analytics database designed to be scalable and robust, and to respond to analytical queries at sub-second speeds. It can ingest data in batch from file and object stores, and in real-time from event streams. Queried via a SQL or JDBC API, it powers many different types of real-time analytics applications globally, from more traditional internal BI dashboards to highly-bespoke, high-usage internet-facing analytics apps.
