Finding your Unique Contribution
Details
You are committed to the outer purpose of sustainability, but something about your work still feels a bit off. This workshop creates space to explore how to contribute to systemic change in a way that feels truly authentic to you.
As sustainability professionals, we often choose our paths based on outer impact: what the world needs, what we “should” do, or where we think we’ll be most useful. But over time, we may begin to feel disconnected from the work we’re doing, even if it looks purposeful on the surface. This misalignment can show up as burnout, exhaustion, restlessness, or a subtle sense that something’s off.
Whether you are thinking about your future career, a job change or a fresh approach to your current role, identifying your unique contribution will make your work in sustainability feel more energising, fulfilling and maintainable.
