I have been going back and forth between traditional, vegetarian, and plant based diets for several months now and would really like to make a smoother, more committed transition. I have found it hard to stick to a plant based diet in the past, mostly when it comes to traveling or eating out with friends, but thoroughly enjoy it when I can be in complete control of the food and cooking. Sometimes, however, I run out of ideas on what to prepare and eat, which makes it easier to go back to the old "go-to" foods, which I later regret doing. I'd like to meet others who live vegetarian and/or vegan lifestyles and learn more about it so that I can better incorporate this way of living into my own life.
Interested and experimenting since September 2012.
