About the Triangle Offroaders
We are a new group of off road vehicle enthusiasts. Our events will include social gatherings in the Triangle as well as planned adventures to off road vehicle friendly locations like the Uwharrie, Croatan, or Pisgah National Forests, or ORV friendly beaches like Cape Lookout.
Who should join
If you own any kind of off road vehicle, and you want to be more than a mall crawler, join us! Don't just drive that Jeep or Bronco to the grocery store, take it out and put it to good use!
We welcome offroaders of all skill levels, from beginners to experts!
What does it cost?
Participation will generally be free, but we will "collect donations" at our events in order to offset the cost of the meetup group itself. Some events may be at locations which require admission or ferry charges.
Rules
- Treat people with respect. Mean People Suck.
- No commercial venture advertising without direct permission from the Meetup Organizers (if you personally have a vehicle or off road accessory for sale, that's fine, but I don't want businesses in here filling up our discussion boards with their products and services)
- On off road adventures, obey all rules and regulations.
- On off road adventures, leave no trace of your pretense except tracks in the mud.
