Yoga Explorations Thursdays, 5:45-7pm Our bodies are constantly sending us messages about what we need for balance and well being, but we are often too busy to listen. This class will allow us to become quiet and turn our awareness inward. We will then begin to explore the basic asanas and connect to the breath, a perfect preparation for meditation.
