Re: [mysql-144] What brings you to Tripug? Is it Michael Kimsal?

I'd agree that the name is a little misleading. Carrborro isn't exactly "Raleigh".

There's other groups on Refresh The Triangle that are using other venues around the triangle. Maybe we should rotate?

Although Michael is a stellar individual, and he provides good food,
that really isn't quite enough to justify the drive to Carrborro.
<smile>

The open discussions have been "enough"
learn a few new things,
network with folks in the group.

It would be nice to have some other talks

1) we have to define what those talks might be
2) we actually have to find someone to talk!

(this can be rough - I understand only too well)
(small plug) ?(anyone want to talk at NC*SA ?)
http://www.ncsysadmin.org/

I would like to discuss more on PHP-unit, Selenium, X-debug.
Ways to test and debug Web Based PHP applications.

It is not quite on topic - but I understand there are some out there
leveraging Google's PHP api's to do GIS mapping.

If there are some good tools to help rapid development .
I would like to know more about tools that can wisiwig from the form
to the database
.. somewhat like that drupal module we discussed
.. more like - how does ?one do an Microsoft ACCESS like application
(FAST) (like ACCESS) ?with PHP and the web (or any other language for
that matter)
Michael had some pointers to groovy .. so that may be a talk.
