Vegan. Grreat for the environment and health. Plus it's a compassionate lifestyle overall.
Since May 11, 1999 at 5 p.m. It was at that instant I eliminated all animal products from my kitchen and became vegan. Since that time and many recipe experiments and vegan cookbooks later, I have become a pretty decent vegan/vegetarian cook:)
Enjoy the company of fellow vegans and vegetarians for dining, hiking and other outdoor activities, maybe service projects like feeding the homeless vegetarian foods, going to movies, picnics. I studied Thai vegan cooking in Thailand, and have taken an Indonesian cooking class and would love to share a cooking demonstration some time.
Hi, looking forward to meeting other vegans and vegetarians. No longer quite new in town, but still very much a transplant. Been fun learning great places here to find vegan food thanks to this wonderful group!
