Does anyone want to start to build a mile a week, from 4-7, starting this Tuesday or Wednesday from the Brushy Creek Duck pond? I know if we run to the lake over pass hill, that makes 4. I figure a good time would either be 6:15 or 7 am. I can flex on the day and time; I just can't do Mondays and I want to leave by 7 at the lastest... Thanks, Shannon

The best way to improve your swim is to film it and then analysis it. Then you can do drills to correct your technique'. I'm trying to see if there are 10 members who are interested and hoping we could get a group discount.
