Time to sharpen your climbing skills
We will ROLL OUT at 8am for a climbing ride known as the Starbuck loop (no, there is not a StarBucks involved, that is a road off Green Valley). Distance is 33 miles with 2500' of climbing - a good workout, and coaching tips are included on gear selection and proper climbing posture. This is a No Drop ride, with a shorter "bail out" course that returns from the Green Valley /Starbuck intersection. This is the 9th session in our fee-based Women's Cycling Class 12-session program. Drop in fee is $25. Here is the link with more info: Helmets and shoes (no sandles!) required, and water bottles or hydration pack, and bike repair kit. If your bike has not been serviced in the past year, please do so before joining us - tires that have not been replaced are often rendered useless by heat or by sitting in one spot for long periods. Our class is geared towards beginning and intermediate riders who can ride for a half hour or more at approximately 12 miles per hour. We offer individual (or pairs) coaching for riders who may need one-on-one for a few sessions to become comfortable at this level. Contact [masked] for more info. Please eat breakfast! TBF will provide bike nutrition snacks to carry with you on the ride. Sunscreen, sunglasses, bike lights, and gloves are suggested for your comfort and safety.

Our meetup group is for enthusiastic and fired up individuals, couples and families who participate in (or have a budding interest in) triathlons, duathlons, marathons, trail runs, races, outdoor endurance events - including all levels: sprint, mtb tri, olympic distance, 70.3, ultra, XTERRA and IRONMAN - new to elite. We meetup to discuss the sport, local workouts, races, training and specials! Join us to chat, exercise, make new friends, enjoy good times and fun competition!

Our calendar will keep you informed of fitness related activities in the region. We'll have EVENTS, TRAINING, RACES and all things related to TOTAL BODY FITNESS here for you to support and/or participate in. Athletes helping and encouraging other athletes while having a great time... it's about the journey.
