Deviations from the aforementioned will see you permanently removed from the group. No exceptions.

I'm hoping to avoid turning this into a paid group. That said, I cannot stress the importance of honoring your RSVP. Life absolutely happens but timely communication is a reasonable expectation, particularly when there are waitlists; declining day-of leaves another member of the tribe trying to make an event she wasn't certain held space to accommodate her, and / or me explaining to a venue why, despite having made and confirmed a reservation, folks didn't show. (The latter reflects poorly on me and can present challenges when trying to secure a large reservation, with that venue or their partners, in the future.)
No shows are just disrespectful. Period.

Note that as Happy Hour headcount is never capped, the RSVP is for informational purposes ONLY; I use it to tell the venue how many we can expect to turn up, max. It's fun, informal, and intended to alleviate the pressures of committing to a weekend brunch or other time sensitive events / reservations. Literally, come (and go) as your schedule permits. We gather and only request a table after we're ready to move on from the bar / lounge area(s).

I want this to be the best possible experience for all women involved. PLEASE feel free to contact me with suggestions for both events and books, and of course should you have questions / concerns, etc.
