Chris Hartman - Fairness Campaign
LBGT Non- Discrimination Ordinances
Chris is the first director of Louisville's two-decade-old Fairness Campaign and is a steering committee member of Kentucky's statewide Fairness Coalition. He served as Congressman John Yarmuth's 2008 campaign press secretary, as an AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteer In Service To America) in St. Louis, and as Philadelphia director of the Democratic National Committee's open air grassroots fundraising effort in the 2004 presidential election. Chris founded and produced Project Improv--two long-form improvisational theatre troupes in St. Louis and Louisville. He holds a Master's in Drama from Washington University in St. Louis.

Key Beck - Consent
Women Helping Women
Key Beck (they, them, their) wears many hats in their personal and professional life, but primarily they serve as a Prevention Educator for WoMen Helping WoMen and community trainer and advocate for Safe and Supported and the Homeless Coalition of Cincinnati. Key has worked throughout Cincinnati in various capacities including leadership and partnership positions with Oyler School, the Urban Appalachian Council, Cincinnati Human Relations Commission, AmeriCorps, the University of Cincinnati, and Mercy Neighborhood Ministries. Much of Key’s work focuses on healthy relationships, interpersonal communication and social media storytelling. Key holds a B.A. degree in French Language and Literature, with a specialization in French business and psychology and an M.A. degree in Anthropology from the University of Cincinnati. Key’s academic and professional research explores issues of race, gender, identity and culture in contemporary urban environments.

Shawn Jeffers, GLSEN Greater Cincinnati School Experiences for LGBTQ Youth
Shawn serves as Lead Trainer for GLSEN Greater Cincinnati and provides training to improve the daily experience for LGBTQ youth and engages schools in developing inclusive policies so all students can have a safe place to learn
