We are in room 4.
7:30 till 9:00
When you get to the doors press the buzzer for room 4, it’s the first
door on the right as you enter the building.
It’s a small class of 7 or 8 people most weeks, so it’s very suitable
for beginners.
The cost is £8 per session, pay as you go.
You can pay by cash or by PayPal.
Clothing is anything loose that allows you to stretch and footwear is
anything with a flat sole or at least without a big heel.
It's usually a small class of 7 or 8 people.
