歡迎有興趣嘗試瑜伽的初學者、所有瑜伽愛好者及親子一同參與！只要找到適合的練習方式，任何年紀、體格也可以練習瑜伽，也不用顧慮有沒有運動天份，瑜伽是心的修煉，透過身體與呼吸的練習，找到健康，並學習如何活得更真更自在。Try Yoga, Do Good HK每月舉辦1至2次慈善瑜伽課堂，參加者只需隨緣樂助，課堂收入扣除場地開支後，將會全數捐贈當月所選的慈善團體。
Total beginners, yoga enthusiasts, parents and kids are all welcome! Yoga is for everyone, for every age and gender. The key to practice is to be in harmony with your body. Through body movement and breathwork, we find health, and it leads our way to the heart and true self. Try Yoga, Do Good HK organizes 1 to 2 charity yoga sessions each month, participants can pay by donation. All income, after deducting venue cost, will be donated to a charity organization selected for the month.
