This 45-minute indoor circuit class takes you through 10 strength-based exercises designed to train your entire body. Using a variety of weights and equipment, you’ll build muscle, improve endurance, and boost your overall fitness in a motivating group setting.

Our format is go at your own pace—whether you’re new to fitness or experienced, you’ll be challenged at the level that’s right for you. With expert coaching and an energetic atmosphere, every class is built to help you push your limits, feel stronger, and leave with a sense of accomplishment.
