Confluence ASF is for people in the St. Louis area who want to get together, have fun and get a good hard workout. We like the idea of using events like races to stay motivated, keep things fun and fend of the dreaded workout "rut". Some of us do races but others just want to get outside and workout with some fun people. Besides a few baseline workouts, our weekly workouts will always be different and hit on a combination of functional movements, cardio and strength stuff. Our weekly free workout aka Tuesday in The Park is at 6:00 am, starts at the World's Fair Pavilion and runs 60 minutes. Anyone and everyone is welcome and the workout can be scaled for all fitness levels. The workout is lead by Ben, our Director of Things that make you sweat. If you want to try one of the Tuesday workouts, just show up! Please bring a drink, wear sneakers and come join the Crew!
