Social Running Group (weekly)

Weekly Social run/walk and coffee!

Just a reminder, Spring is nearing with Summer only around the corner! now is the time!!

The Run will be a lap of Regents park generally takes between 25-30 min, we ensure nobody gets left behind and we all get together for a coffee or drink after at the local coffee shop.

Depending on the number of people that attend we can split into a number of groups, that way the people who are after just a social run/walk can take their time and the faster runners can speed off into the distance. I like to chat therefore I can be found in the slower group :)

All walking/running levels are invited to come! it is a social run as such, I have a policy that nobody gets left behind.

We will meet and wait at in the Pret a Manger opposite Great Portland Street Undergound at 6.30PM for a 6.45PM start.

We will then head back to Pret a Manger for a coffee and a chat.

Obviously closest station is Great Portland Street underground, Regents Park underground.

Please bring only what you can run with as we have no where to store bags etc and please update you RSVP if you are not able to make the run as we try to wait for members to attend!
