The Power of Breath workshops are for participants who are serious about integrating a new way of breathing and being. The great spiritual guide G.I. Gurdjieff once said that ?without mastering breathing nothing can be mastered.? Over 4000 years ago, yogis in India devised a Science of Mastering the Life-Force of the Breath which they called Pranayama. During the workshops we will employ many of the techniques of this system while also incorporating breathing and Well-Being practices from many traditions, both ancient and contemporary.
Laurie has been practicing and studying breathwork, mind/body therapies, well-being techniques and yoga from both ancient and contemporary traditions for over 34 years. Her studies have led her around the globe.
?Laurie's Breathwork classes have given me a permanent skill to reduce stress at will. I
feel the tension in my chest instantly drop after only a few minutes of breathwork. This
invaluable learning is taught with love, care, and compassion for eternal benefit.?
