What's' it like?

(Although this is a great idea of what to expect, all of our guides use safety gear such as helmets, life jackets and carry full emergency kit, unlike the guide in this video)
We will arrange our transportation to Muscat based on the timings we can all leave town. Our adventure begins from Muscat, at 7 am on Friday morning, though it does include the hotel on Thursday night and breakfast Friday morning.
If you want the budget plan, find yourself a hotel and feed yourself breakfast, save 200dh and meet us at the hotel on Friday morning.
Make your way to Muscat on Thursday. Meet at 7:00 am at breakfast.
Join the group transport from Muscat as we travel another 2.5 hours down to Wadi Shabb. We will hike into the wadi until we reach the cave with the waterfall, and head out. We'll have lunch in the village before we meet our guides for another drive up to the plateau where we will be camping for the night. Its a rough ride up there. We'll have a bbq and turn in early for an early morning.
Wake up at 4:30 am. We will be IN THE CANYON at 5:00 am. It will take a minimum of 10 hours for us to do the whole canyon, with 5 km of swimming, and another 3 total of bouldering, climbing over rocks and hiking along the falaj and canyon walls. We'll be greeted by the locals who will feed us a welcome dinner before we head down the mountains and head home.
