between easy and moderate. The most I've done is 17km in Abel Tasman National Park (more flat) and 10km (more incline) in Fjordland National Park.
Been sedentary for a long time, but now I exercise moderately for 30mins to 45 mins daily.
I want to explore the country more. Got the hiking bug from a trip to New Zealand, now want to put my hiking boots to good use more often.
