Frisbee email!

Hey Everyone,

Yeah, it's been a while. Few things:

- Game ON Easter Sunday (tomorrow), noon.
- Legend has it, there might be some sort of party / social event going on Saturday, April 21st.
- Ultimate-themed weekend at camp, not too far away, in the middle of May? Check it out -

So yeah, most people are still interested in playing tomorrow. A few have been lame and said they can't make it (Dean, who gets a pass because he trades his family Easter to play with us on Thanksgiving, Dave, who gets a pass because he showed up from Iowa to play today, and Danielle, who gets a pass because she apparently brought people to frisbee on Thursday while I was mysteriously absent). Basically, if your name doesn't start with "D," you should show up at noon to play frisbee with us. Tony said he'd hide eggs, but I would encourage everyone to avoid searching for / touching those.

Saturday the 21st should be some party somewhere in Chicago. Vague now, yes, but probably less-vague soon. I believe I've been promised "a DJ, a dance floor, and fruit salad," but I've been told that I have a very loose definition of the word "promise." So far, the party is unthemed (note that our prior party was themed "Games & Stuff," so whoever is organizing this one has a pretty low bar set), and if you have a (good?) theme idea, please forward it along or something. Maybe it will be used. Maybe it will be laughed at. Maybe I won't check my email until the 22nd. There are a variety of possibilities.

Oh yeah, this camp thing. 11th - 13th, Ultimate HAT tourney, plus other disc-related games, plus other camp stuff. You like ultimate, right? (Yes!) And you like s'mores? (Yes, who doesn't...) Would you be willing to spend $150 for lodging, beer, a shirt, shorts, food, maybe a disc, beer, and a probably-reasonably-well-run HAT tourney + camping trip? (Umm........maybe?) Of course you do! Then I'll see you all at "Camp I-Wanna-Huck-It." Register at that link I posted above.

In other news, Satya's favorite basketball team won the basketball thing, and he's not even man enough to legally change his name. He's changing it, but it's just for a week, and just on various social media platforms. But I've seen our group apply reasonable amounts of peer pressure before, especially for an amusing cause like this. Consider this a call to action: Encourage Satya to add "Kidd-" to his last name (yes, it will include a hyphen, so he'll look like some woman who had a well-established career and then got married for some reason, which is pretty much how I usually imagine Satya).

See you on the field,
