CRYSTAL BOWLS with Julie LaSole

Julie Losole is a Holy Fire® Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Animal Reiki Practitioner, and Spiritual Coach based in Omaha. She combines energy healing with vibrational sound therapy to help others reconnect with their inner calm, release energetic blockages, and return to a state of harmony. Julie also owns The Crystal Passage, a metaphysical shop and healing space that offers Reiki, energy work, intuitive tools, and curated crystals.

Talk/Sound Bath Description:

“Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: A Journey Into Inner Stillness”

Join us for an immersive sound bath featuring the healing tones of crystal singing bowls. This 45-minute session is designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support emotional and energetic alignment. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, along with a blanket or pillow if desired. No prior experience with sound healing is needed—just come as you are and allow the vibrations to guide you into deep relaxation.

If time permits, the talk will end with a meditation.
