Participate in beautiful traditional Belly Dance! This wonderful workout is zero-to-low impact dance exercise and focuses on the beauty of dance moves specifically to tone the entire body. All dances are easy to follow, and anyone can do the basics.
From beginner to advanced, any adult, women and men, any shape, any size, any body type, and any fitness level can participate in this exciting healthy way to get fit and stay fit. Belly Dance can help you gain poise and grace, improve balance, flexibility, coordination, increase endurance and core strength, burn calories, and reduce stress.
You will get a good workout plus enjoy the grace of this ancient dance form.
For class: dress comfortably, bring a water bottle and towel.
Class meets every Thursday at 7pm at the Arlington Unitarian Universalist Church, 2001 California Lane, Arlington Texas. Fee is a suggested donation of $5 per class.
Any adult, any shape or size, and any fitness level can participate. Ann is also available for private lessons and choreography, seminars & workshops, other gatherings, and belly dance parties.
