Palal is a Sanskrit word that means "Seeing oneself wonderfully made."
Join us on Wednesdays for Palal. As you enter into our center, the music and soft voices will remind you that you are now in a safe, reflective space where you can quiet yourself and enjoy the beauty of life in and around you.
You are welcome anytime between 4:55 and 7:30 p.m. The steward will assist you. We are following a Silent Unity practice of door opening. The Steward will open the doors to the sanctuary at 4:55 p.m., 5:25 p.m., 5:55 p.m., 6:25 p.m., and 6:55 p.m. People may enter at these times for quiet prayer, meditation and hands-on healing. At 7:00 p.m. we will have a group meditation. Each week has its own flavor:
• Focus Theme
• Y.O.U. (Hope Wednesdays)
On Hope Wednesdays ,our schedule will be to have hands-on healing from 5 – 6 p.m.; then from 6 – 7 p.m. there will be a teatime with a discussion and healing meditation for our youth and the youth of Minnesota followed by the 7 p.m. service led by our remarkable Y.O.U. group.
All are invited to reboot and recharge yourself and your week at our Palal Experiences.
