In the gentle unfolding of life’s lessons, one of our greatest struggles lies in our desire to please others. This desire is born out of our need to be accepted, liked, and loved. While we often take this path of least resistance to maintain harmony in our relationships with others, the impulse typically overshadows the voice within. When we stop people pleasing, we experience self-fullness and a return to authenticity.
