What we’re about
*** We are in hybrid mode now - several events are in-person @ UT Dallas campus, others are conducted ONLINE, some events in both modes ***
This meetup is OPEN to all in the community - UT Dallas Computer Science department welcomes every one, including college students, high school students, parents & professionals to attend these late evening presentations on most Saturdays. While our faculty will present the popular technologies or talk about the latest research areas, we may feature industry professionals or external experts occasionally as well. True meetups involve networking - we encourage the participants to come 30 minutes early for networking & you are welcome to stay after the presentation & continue networking as well. This is also a great place to connect with UTD students and even find a few good candidates for internships/FT jobs @ your company.
While these events are completely FREE to attend, we request a tax-deductible donation of $5 (or more) per person @ giving.utdallas.edu/CS - thanks for helping us to cover our cost and enabling us to bring such high quality programs to the community!
Custodial Responsibility Disclaimer: The University of Texas at Dallas Computer Science department will not take custodial responsibility of minors (school students) while participating in these Community Outreach Presentations.
